after reading one review, I thought this was a tiny, yearly planner. Wrong!!! Back it goes. My mistake...but it would be dumb to keep this when Moleskine obviously makes planners too.

I agree with a previous poster. These are by far the best notebooks I have ever used. I love the paper, the covers, the expandable pockets.
I use all 3 sizes. The pocket I carry all the time to record all kinds of personal info, the new A3 I use at work as my primary notebook for meetings.
I use the large for Scouting notes and activities where the Pocket is just not quite big enough. They are worth the $$!
Great to Keep in the Pocket (2009-11-23) : 5/5
This guy is a bit on the small side (hence it's title: "Pocket") and is fantastic for taking with you for notes and such. It's a fantastic jotter. I had purchased it to use for journaling, but found it a bit on the small side for longer entries. It's larger brothers I've found to be better suited for marathon writing.

I love these things, but I go through them so quickly. If you take a lot of notes, and write with a heavy pen (paper is too thin to write on both sides with heavy pen, then you'll be choking up $12 --- as much as $20 depending on size -- every 1-2 months. A lot compared to a marble notebook which functions the same, but without that certain "thing" moleskines provide.
